Desiccated Coconut is the dried white meat of a fresh, ripe coconut. The white meat is then processed into different sizes to suit your needs. The processing mill boasts its’ international quality cerificates. The company is HACCP certified and ISO 9001-2000 certified. All cut sizes are GMO free. Most can be offered in SO2 free formats. All cuts are available in organic formats (usda). Products listed are our most common, if your particular cut size is not seen please forward us a spec sheet and we will match it.
